George has run Combat Conditioning on Tooting Common for years, bringing structured, safe, properly-coached outdoor training to all fitness levels — from complete beginners to seasoned athletes.
His background is in the military: he completed the Army Physical Training Instructor course and spent years training others to get fit and stay fit. That same disciplined, no-nonsense approach is what you get in every session.
We meet at the car park on Dr Johnson Avenue, SW17. Please arrive five minutes before your class so the register can be taken and any injuries noted.
